Famous lines from famous books.

“It was a bright cold day in April, and the clocks were stikeing thirteen.”

This line is from the novel 1984 which was published in 1949 by the author George Orwell who lived from 1903 to 1950. This author is also knows for his other works, including the hanging and animal farm.

It’s about a government party who controlls everyones thought and past and history, and a guy who works for them is constantly followed or under survailence. There area ton of laws even thinking thoughts about rebeling was illegal and it was even the worst thing you could do.

I probably wouldn’t like this book either, again I’m not much on reading about the government.

“Maybe I will go to Paris. Who knows? But I’ll sure as hell never go back to Texas again.”

This line is from the novel The Fianly Country which was published in the year 2001 by the author James Crumley who lived from 1939 to 2008. This author is also known for other works, including The wrong case and dancing bear.

A guy names Milo has a shaky relationship with his wife right now because he had a fling with Molly Mcbride , now Molly needs help revenging her sister who was raped and killed. Then their stake out they find out the prey has lots of government connections.

I would probably not like this book because it sounds boreing and it was hard to even read or understand the summery let alone be able read the whole book, I’m really not into like government things and revenging and crap.
